Welcome to the gallery of hand painted black and white photographs by photographer Joe Hoover and artist Anni Adkins. Joe first makes a black and white photograph. Anni then employs a variety of mediums, including photo oils and pencils and permanent inks. Each work of art is custom printed on archival paper using state-of-the-art photo printers.
